아아 is short for ‘아이스 아메리카노’ which is the Korean pronunciation of ‘Iced Americano’.

Koreans are fond of iced Americanos, which is a beverage made from black coffee served over ice.

This abbreviation has become so popular that most baristas would understand it when you order by saying “아아 한 잔 주세요. (One cup of iced Americano, please.)” at a café.
