✔️퍼컬 is short for ‘퍼스널 (Personal) 컬러 (Color)’ which means ‘personal color’.

Once identifying one’s 퍼컬, Koreans would usually use it as a basis to select what cosmetics, clothes and accessories best suit their appearance.

In personal color theory, colors that match the skin tone are categorized according to cool or warm tones, and then further divided by two seasons under those tones. This leads to four possible personal color combinations — spring warm, autumn warm, summer cool and winter cool.
