많관부 is short for ‘많은 (Lots of) 관심 (Attention) 부탁드립니다 (Request)’ which means ‘please look forward to ~’ or ‘stay tuned’.

많관부 is mainly used when promoting something. It is often used online by celebrities who have just started their career or to promote their newly participated works.
